Monsoon

By Air
Bhuntar airport is the closest airport to Manali located at 50 km south from the town. Travelers can get flight from Delhi to Bhuntar. A taxi or bus will take you to Manali from Bhuntar airport. Airport code of Bhuntar airport is KUU. Ticket will cost INR 14000 to INR 20000.
Mostly state owned airline Air India operates flights to Kullu. There are chances that these flights may get cancelled/delayed because of bad weather or fog. Firstly, If your flight delays your carrier provides you food and hotel near Delhi airport. Secondly, In other case if flight get cancelled, your carrier provides you taxi to Manali. It takes 12 to 13 hours to reach Manali by taxi. On the other hand by air it take just 1 hour and 20 minutes.

By Train
Jogindernagar railway station is the nearest railway station to Manali but this is narrow gauge railways from starts from Panthakot. Not many people comes Manali through this narrow gauge railway.

Hadimba Temple ( 2 Kms)
Hadimba Temple is one of the most popular religious destinations in Manali. The temple is devoted to Hadimba goddess. This temple was constructed in 1553. The temple is placed in Dhungri Forest and is packed with beautiful pine trees. Temples feature pagoda-shaped architecture. It is open from 8 am to 6 pm on all days.
Museum of Himachal Culture and Folk Art (2 Kms)
Museum of Himachal Culture and Folk Artexhibits the finest collection of antiques and relics like household objects, instruments, weapons, scale models, and many more. Vashisht Hot Water Springs ( 3 Kms)
Vashisht hot water springs is a divine destination located at 3 km away from Manali. It includes a temple which is pyramid shaped. The temple is dedicated to Sage Vashisht.
The water spring is considered holy and has medicinal property. By taking a dip in the water, the visitors can feel ultimate relaxation and tranquillity. The opening hours of the water spring is from7 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 10 pm.
