Renuka Lake

Prashar Lake
Prashar lake located 40 km away from Mandi. Prashar lake got its name from Hindu sage Maharishi Prashar who mediated here. Prashar lake located on highest point of Mandi district. Tourists can reach Prashar by vehicle. There is also an option to trek a stretch of 7 kms from the Baggi village leads to Prashar lake. This trek is among the dense forest of Pines crossing the Bias river. There is a temple located by side of Prashar lake. This temple devoted to sage Prashar. This temple is made of wood has been taken from only one tree only. There is also a floating island inside the Prashar lake. This island changes its location every year. Chanderal Lake
Chandertal lake or Moon lake located at Spiti section of district lahul and Spiti of Himachal Pradesh. Chandertal lake located on altitude of 14,100 feets (4,300 meters ). It is a paradise of the people love trekking and camping. A trekking route of 8 kms reaches to Chander Tal from Kunzum pass accessible from May to October mid. Suraj Tal lake
