Tirthan Valley

It is a beautiful land of mysterious splendour. The valley is located at 3 km from the Himalayan National Park’s entrance. Tirthan Valley is a heaven for adventure seekers and nature lovers. The valley is surrounded by the snow-covered Himalayas and pristine Tirthan River. Trout fishing is very popular in this area. Travelers from all over the world visit Himachal to go trekking in Great Himalayan National Park.

Parvati Valley

Parvati is an exquisite off-beat attraction in Himachal. It is perfectly placed between the magnificent Himalayas and dazzling River Beas at an elevation of 1230 m. Panoramic views, scenic mountains, deep jungles, scintillating rivers,and beautiful orchards are the highlights of the area. Filmmakers flock to this place to shoot the natural beauty of Himachal. Honeymooners and adventurers frequent this area throughout the year. Trekking, mountaineering, river rafting, paragliding,and hiking are some of the adventurous activities to try in this area. April to May & December is the best time to visit Parvati Valley.

Spiti Valley

Spiti Valley is an attractive place blessed by Mother Nature. The valley is located at an elevation of 12500 ft above sea level. The hilly area is filled with vibrant villages, ancient monasteries,and serene rivers and blue lakes. The winters are very cold in this area. TheTaboand Ki Monastery are the historic religious shrines in Spiti Valley. Chandratal Lake near the valley is great for camping.

Kalpa

Kalpa is a lovely village in Kinnaur district. The area is packed with green pine nut forests and the outstanding landscape. The beautiful apple orchards in this area addcolour to this off-beat destination. The holy KailashShivling rock can be seen from here. The rock changes its shades during different times of the day. If you travel 11 km from Kalpa, you can find the goddess Chandikatemple. The temple astonishes its visitors with intricate architecture.

Barot

Barot is great for those who love to enjoy the nature with some outdoor activities. The river Uhl is a famous attraction in this area which is the breeding spot for the fishes like trout. Deodar trees can be found in abundance in this area. Trekking, hiking, biking, and angling are the popular activities in Barot. There are plenty of trekking trails in Barot which offer stunning views of the area. There is a temple devoted to the local god of rain, Dev Pashakot in this area.
