Rohtang Pass remains the center of attraction for tourists. However, most of the people travel Rohtang to see snow. Rohtang Pass also blessed with a mind-blowing view and picturesque snow-capped mountains. Rohtang pass placed on the altitude of 3,978 meters. This area has split the valleys into two cultures. In the north its Lahul and Spiti and in the south it’s Kullu. Lahul Spiti belongs to Buddist culture and Kullu belongs to Hinduism. Rohtang Pass located at a distance of 51 km from Manali. You can experience driving a snowmobile and quad bike. Skiing, snowboarding, paragliding, zorbing are available to try at Rohtang Pass. You can find a proper café at Kothi for breakfast/lunch. Otherwise, a number of small stalls available at Rohtang Pass. biscuits, snacks, and maggie are available at these stalls.

- National green tribunal of India does not want to harm the ecology of Rohtang Pass. They have taken many steps to protect the environment of Rohtang Pass. You can travel Rohtang Pass by environment-friendly electric buses. Book these buses from booking portal of HRTC. You can also travel Rohtang by cab. Only 1200 cabs are allowed to enter Rohtang to protect the environment. You should your permit using the following link.
- You should not forget to wear winter clothes like gloves, warm socks, warm inner, caps, jackets, and snow boots. You can rent these clothes on the way to Rohtang Pass.
